All participants (or their parent/legal guardian for individuals under 19) must read and agree to the Open Mountains Project Mountain Bike Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Waiver”) as a condition of participating. If the Waiver is not completed, the individual will not be permitted to participate. A paper copy of the Waiver will be presented prior to the session. Minors must have a parent present to complete their Waiver.

The Waiver is a legal document whereby you waive your legal rights to sue or seek compensation following an accident. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY PRIOR TO REGISTERING!
